We endeavour to hold a reasonable store of stoves and a wide range of essential chimney components available at trade prices for approved customers and if you purchase from us we are happy to offer relevant fitting advice. The number of people who still insert a chimney liner upside down out of ignorance are considerable.

This will also require that you gain the appropriate Building Regulations approval from the Local Authority who will make a charge for this. Alternatively if you wish us to fit the stove you will receive a HETAS Certificate of conformance which obviates the need to obtain Building Regulation approval.
If your proposed stove installation is outside of Cornwall you will need to check that you do not live within a smoke control zone as this will limit your choice of approved stoves that you can legally use. www.uksmokecontrolareas.co.uk
