Likely Costs

This can sometimes be a difficult question to answer as every installation can have a number of unique variables that can affect the costs.

However there are some typical types of installations and we are happy to give a rough guide line. The costs (inclusive of Vat) can be broken down into three parts;

  • 1. The Stove
  • 2. New Flue and hearth and any associated building works if required to fireplace or chimney.
  • 3. Fitting and HETAS Registration and Certificate of compliance charge.

Stoves

New polished slate/granite hearth plus relevant materials etc from £300 to £600

Fitting Charge

One days fitting charge to install and commission your new stove and formally registering it with HETAS and providing a Certificate of Compliance is typically £360 – £450

Total costs can therefore range between £1,900 to £6,300  depending on Stove and fitting requirements, however our average order value is approximately £2,800.
